We need to make some adjustments to the correspondece mailer for the Advisory Board invitation letter.
1. There is a new Fax Back sheet to replace the current one (will be attached to the issue). In addition to automatically filling in the Board Manager's name and the name of the Boards in the first block, we would also like to have the Board Member's name filled in the blank after the Name: label below.
2. We do not want to have the Conflict of Interest form or the List of Summaries generated with the letters. We are not sending those any longer.

I have reviewed this correspondence mailer on Mahler for each of the Boards and it looks good. I have one minor request that we delete an empty row on the fax-back form such that it all fits on one page (right now the email address winds up on the next page - the last 2 lines are moved to the next page for the CAM Board). I'm not sure if we're able to delete 2 lines from the form and still have it look okay, but maybe we could remove one line above "New PDQ® Editorial Advisory Board Member Information"?
I believe there are changes to the text of the Advisory Board invitation letter itself that are also in the works and close to ready (if not fully ready) to be implemented. We might as well address those at the same time. We can talk about this in today's meeting, but I think we will need to hold off on next steps until Monday, when Margaret gets back.

How's this look? We can tackle the rest of the modifications (for the letter wording) when Margaret's available.

I hate to be picky, but to me it now it looks a little squished at the top. I tested it and we still have room for another row for each of the Boards without it running onto a second page. So maybe we could add back in one row underneath the phone and fax and before the first black line. Thanks, Bob.
