In OCECDR-2860 you fixed the problem of internal fragment links (SummaryRef and SummaryFragmentRsf) to unpublished summaries which made the retrieval of QC reports to produce errors. It appears that the fix was somehow applied only to Patient Summaries. Users have started reporting the same error message in only HP Summaries. We have checked Patient Summaries and they appear to be fine. I am hoping that this will be a simple fix of applying the same changes to the HP Summaries :-)

Do users start to report this because something changed or do they start to report this because we're starting to use these SummaryRefs for HP summaries?
If it worked before I need to find out first what's changed.
Do you have a document on BACH (or MAHLER) that I could look at?

I believe nothing has changed that directly affects this and it also
appears that SummaryRefs have been used in HP Summaries in the past. It
is just that we have some 'new users' who have questioned why it works
in the Patients and not the HPs.

It does not look like it worked before in the HP. At least not after you
fixed the one in OCECDR-2860. May be HP users just learned to live with
it.

I will get you one or two examples.

The QC summary filter has been set up to allow the denormalization of a SummaryFragmentRef that represents the current document even if no publishable version exists. If this is true, the filter picks the latest version of the document instead.
For the document that you've listed as a sample there doesn't exist
any version and therefore the QC report is failing.
We have two options:
a) Create a version of the document (non-publishable) or
b) We need to modify the filters to use the CWD

The problem was that, the summary was not versioned and as we discussed in the meeting today, users will version the documents before trying to run the report. Thank you, Volker!
