CDR0000616162 was converted into a ctgov document on 2009-12-07. However, we need to revert it to the InScope document. In OCECDR-3074 we did the same for a few ECOG trials.
I have attached the email request.

You need to do the same thing for this trial which you did for the trials in issue #4750, namely "to bring up the last publishable InScopeProtocol version and make it into the latest publishable version (making sure you incorporate any changes which have occurred in the trial since the transfer)."
