We need to make the changes to the Board Member Info CSS to accomodate the changes made to the schema:
1. Add a date element to the BoardMembershipDetails block called ResponseDate. It should come right after the ResponseToInvitation element, and should be optional.
2. Change the AreaOfExpertise element to allow users to enter text instead of selecting from a list of values.
3. Change the element AssistantPhone under BoardMemberAssistant block to be optional.

Since work hasn't started on this, I am adding a few more changes to the CSS and template:

4. Change the name of the element TermEndDate to TerminationDate. (Requires schema change too.)
5. Change the name of the element TermEndReason to TerminationReason.(Requires schema change too.)
6. Remove the DatedAction block from the template.

Adding one more change:

7. Populate TermRenewalFrequency with "Every two years" in the template. All Boards are now on a two-year renewal cycle.

Please note: The TermEndDate existed twice (once for the Editor-in-chief) but
only one of these elements has been changed to TerminationDate.

That's correct. We are leaving the one in the Editor-in-Chief block as is.

These changes look fine. I am waiting for Bob to promote the schema changes so I can see the new values in a couple of the lists and the Comments that we added. Will the CSS need to be modified to view the Comments if someone adds one? We added a Comment in each block (see issue on schema changes).

There already exists a comment field in the CSS, so the BoardManagers will able to view the element but if the comment element is in the BoardmemberAssistant block the element would need to be properly aligned.

This is what I asked Bob to do in the schema: Please add a Comment (mulitiply occurring, optional) to the BoardMemberContact, SpecificBoardMemberContact, BoardMemberAssistant, and BoardMembershipDetails blocks.

I've adjusted the alignment of the Comment fields in the CSS (plus a few other elements that weren't aligned properly).

This is ready for review on MAHLER.
