The trials listed below were transferred back into NCI ownership. These are the trials we discussed on Friday needing to determine how we would get an inscope version published. Any solutions at this point?

In theory, that's what's supposed to happen eventually (of course, in
theory they should all have been transferred by the end of December),
but in this context I'd say anything could happen.

That would be a good idea

Should we test this on Franck before implementing it on Bach? I believe
we need to test whether publishing to cancer.gov and uploading to the
PRS system (CTGov) wouldn't be a problem?

Arrgh! This is getting so complicated my brain is starting to melt! I
think it will work to bring up the last publishable InScopeProtocol
version and make it into the latest publishable version (making sure you

incorporate any changes which have occurred in the trial since the
transfer). Can you think of any pitfalls, Lakshmi? Given our track
record for anticipating all the ways in which this Rube Goldberg system
can do something unexpected, I'm not 100% confident I've thought of
everything that could go wrong.

I have finished promoting the relevant versions of the following trials to become the CWDs on Franck.

I believe the next step will be for Volker to run a publication job on Franck so that the new InScopeProtocol versions for these documents are in the publication tables. Then he (or I) can run a CT.gov export job (again, on Franck). Then Volker can push the exported docs into the PRS test system and check for errors.

I started the publishing job.

The documents failed conversion for export because of missing verification_date; Bob will investigate to find out why.

The publication of the documents as InScopeProtocols failed because the documents had already been published in the same job as CTGovProtocols. This problem will be fixed by issue #4678.

All the affected trials have successfully been transferred back to their former states. I have reviewed the trials but did not find any problems. Bob, should I close this issue?
