At least one user ran into a problem when she tried to upload her profile picture. Bob identified the problem and I'm pasting his description (from an e-mail dated 5/31/13) below.
I was able to track down the problem. It's another one of those things that will need a code change (on the production server the function to return the dimensions of an image is returning fractions of pixels instead of whole pixels, which causes a comparison test to fail, as often happens when you try to compare two calculated floating-point values for equality). The fix is easy, but it will have to go through the CBIIT tunnel, of course.
Fixed on DEV and QA.
