Board members would like to be able to see the responses and comments provided by other reviewers of their literature packets.
Implemented on DEV; ready for users review. To test, you can log in as Ilana Cass, click on "Review Assigned Articles" from the featured tasks panel of the home page, scroll down to the last packet ("Cancer Genetics Overview" - packet 12606), click on "ARTICLES," then under the first article ("Charge-transfer excitations on a linear chain") click "OTHER REVIEWS."

We are unable to test this on prod, but have received no complaints from Board members. We'll reopen if any issues arise.
