We've noticed that some date fields present the date as MM/DD/YYYY and others present it as YYYY/MM/DD. We'd like all of them to display the date as YYYY/MM/DD. We'll come up with a list of the changes.
If we're moving toward standardizing the format, you might want to consider using the official (ISO) standard:
YYYY-MM-DD

Yes, agreed. We should use the ISO format.
This will involve changing all of the dates on the full citation page to the new format so it probably isn't worth pointing out inconsistencies in the current format now. The date should also be in the ISO format when we click on "add decision" on the full citation page and a date appears next to each possible decision that could be added.
