Bring Drupal core to the current release (10.3.0) and upgrade third-party modules:

JIRA is broken again. The dialog for creating a new ticket doesn't close when you click the Create button, and when you click the Cancel link, you get a warning saying "You have entered new data on this page. If you navigate away from this page without first saving your data, the changes will be lost." Of course, the rational assumption in the face of such evidence is that the new ticket wasn't saved. That assumption would be wrong, and clicking Create again creates a duplicate of the ticket.
