On the Article Search page, Advanced Search section, add Working Group Decision before Board Decision with the following options in the drop down menu:
Cited (citation only)
Hold
Not cited
Text approved
Text needs to be written
Text needs to be revised

This is working well. I asked Kavitha to take a look because she'll be using this field more than other managers.
The search seems to work well to find working group decisions when I only select the Cancer Genetics Board. No search results come up when I select a topic. Most of the citations above are under the Genetics of Skin Cancer topic. When I add this topic, it says 0 results found.
Ooh, well spotted! You actually caught a much more pervasive bug, which broke any search which combined topic(s) with any other state-based criteria. I think I've got it fixed on DEV now. Please try again.
