Description

Tom Gross recently became an NCI employee. His EBMS account should be changed from an external account to an internal account so that he can log in with his NIH credentials.

I let Sharon know that the switch is complete. I'm waiting for her to confirm that it's working before closing the two tickets. Could you ask her if it's been tried yet?

Tom Gross was able to log in successfully.
