The review queue uses element IDs which have a vertical bar ("pipe") character ("|") which is not allowed for ID attributes, a practice carried over from the original EBMS. This makes automated testing trickier than it ought to be, and introduces a risk of subtle failures dependent on how browsers deal with the illegal character. Replace the pipe character with a hyphen.
