A report using the following criteria is needed to facilitate the correction of a mistake that occurred with reviewing citations from the med lib’s queue:
Review cycle = June 2022
Board = Adult Treatment OR Pediatric Treatment
User = Jeffery Vender
Date Modified = June 5th thru June 20th
Status = “Rejected” for initial med lib review
Looks like his name is really "Jeffrey" (not "Jeffery").
Do you want me to skip decisions which have been overridden (that is, for which the "rejected for initial med lib review" is no longer the current state)?
If I apply the review cycle filter, I would only be looking at states for which the article's topic has that review cycle, even if the rejection was done by Jeff during the specified date range. Please confirm that you want that filtering included (rather than have me report all rejections he made during that time period for the two boards).
You can ignore my question about the review-cycle filter, as it turns out not to make any difference, because he didn't make any of those decisions for topics with a different review cycle (or if he did, he also made the same decision for another topic for the same article, which was assigned for the June 2022 cycle).
On the other hand, your answer to the question about decisions which have been overridden will make a difference. If I ignore those, you'll get 978 articles instead of 1,005.
Sorry about the typo with his name.
Yes, skip any that have been overridden.
I agree, the review cycle filter may not be needed and that the date range will effectively capture the citations I need.
I had already generated both flavors of the report before I got your answers. 🙂
The one with "filtered" in the filename is the one you want, as it excludes the ones for which the rejections have been subsequently overridden. The "unfiltered" version has all 1,005 of the articles with original rejections.
Excellent! I reviewed a few citations and everything is working perfectly. Thanks!!
