Description

We're running into problems in the EBMS with pages that require some on-the-fly loading failing to update once a selection is made. For example, on the Import Citation page, if you select a Board other than the default assigned Board, the list of available summary topics does not update. Another example is on the Upload Document page. If you select the "summary" tag, a list of summary topics does not appear. The Create Packets page seems to be working OK.

Is this reliably reproducible (given the same steps)? Or is it more random? Is it reproducible on other tiers?

NVM, I think I have the answers to my questions. Reproducible everywhere, I think. Will investigate.

Do you know when the problems started?

I think it may have started on Friday. Robin B said she was having problems Friday afternoon importing IACT citations (her default Board is SPC).

Thanks for filing this ticket, Bob. Have you received any updates from them on this?

Of course not. 🙂

On the other hand, it looks like a bug introduced by the latest version of Chrome. Drupal's creating a workaround. In the mean time, try Firefox (or some other browser).

Thanks, Bob! Firefox does the trick. Good to know. 🙂
