We have talked with the Travel Admin staff about the possibility of managing all of their hotel/reimbursement requests in one place (i.e., the EBMS) rather than having to have separate tracking for copies received via email/mail. To do so, they would ideally have a way to enter requests on behalf of a Board member (perhaps similar to how Bonnie enters literature reviews on behalf of a member). This needs more discussion before a solution is implemented.
LOE will be estimated after requirements have been established.
This has been implemented as part of EBMS4.

Verified on PROD. (The email notifications to the travel staff are currently not working, but I was able to submit requests, and I received an email copy of the reimbursement request.)
