As discussed, we'll be changing the PubMed links to point to the "new" PubMed. Bob will place this variable in a place that can be adjusted from the Admin interface to allow us to more easily make changes should the structure of the "new" URLs change in the future.
Use of the variable override has been installed on DEV. The variable is pointing (temporarily) to the old PubMed, just to confirm that the override works.
Verified on DEV. The "old" link is actually bringing me to the new PubMed, but I think that's because there's some kind of cookie that tells my browser I'm using the new form now. I tried it in another browser and it pulled up the old PubMed page.
Verified on QA.
Verified on PROD.
