On QA (and likely on production, too, although I can't test this), our Board members are seeing a message in their recent activity feed every time Cynthia publishes a batch of citations to the Board manager's queue. Because she is publishing citations many times throughout the month, our Board members are seeing several messages that do not pertain to them. Here is an example of the recent activity message that I am referring to:
