User cannot be logged out correctly. CBIIT has applied the same SiteMinder settings on EBMS as the other sites. Only EBMS site has this issue remaining.

Robin reported that this issue has not occurred for quite a while. I am closing this as "cannot reproduce." If it crops again, we can reopen or open a new ticket and relate the two. ~ZhangY41 please let me know if you are aware of a different manifestation (other than what the user was experiencing) that still needs attention/fixing. Thanks!

Sure. I think the reason I hadn't seen it in awhile is that I don't change accounts on PROD. On the lower tiers, I'm constantly changing accounts, so that's when the problem surfaces. It seems to only be affecting SSO accounts for now. I'm able to log out of the Drupal test accounts just fine, but my NIH account is "sticking".
I have asked CBIIT to expedite this so we can get it into the release.
Fixed on DEV. I'm working with CBIIT and CIT to get the fix rolled up the tiers.
Pinged CBIIT and CIT to find out when this can get onto QA, STAGE, and PROD (and whether the fix will be permanent).
Fix applied to QA and STAGE. We've asked CBIIT/CIT to do PROD this coming Wednesday night.
