I am getting a "Service unavailable" message and cannot get to the EBMS on PROD.
Hi ~JutheR, I am going to keep this open until at least tomorrow morning. CBIIT is still planning to have up to a 30 minute outage on EBMS Prod tonight, to upgrade the version of Siteminder. Hopefully there will be additional stability with the Siteminder service after this upgrade. In addition, CBIIT is also touble-shooting the iTrust logout error. We granted a CBIIT colleague access to the PROD site but without any permissions so that he can test the logout. Thanks!
OK, sounds good. Thanks for the update, Amy. Is the outage scheduled for 9pm tonight? Just want to confirm before I give everyone a heads up.
Hi ~JutheR, yes we are on for 9pm tonight (6/29). Sorry I omitted that before! CBIIT expects everything to be completed by or before 9:30pm, and then our team will smoke test and check to make sure the site is operating normally. I will email you once the update has been completed, as well as once we have finished testing. Thanks!
