An Adult Tx Board Member (Janet Dancey) posted a summary on 6/14/16 on PROD, but Victoria's Posted Summary alert remains 0. We aren't sure what's going on.
This behavior is in accordance with the requirements. In OCEEBMS-66, Robin posted the following comment on March 19, 2014: "We've decided that we would like to have an alert for Board managers to indicate when a new summary has been posted by a Board member on the summaries page (but not as part of a literature surveillance packet)."
So the software does not count the summary Janet posted last month, because she did it as part of a literature surveillance packet.
Thanks, Bob. Someone else also thought the count was not moving as it should, so we though there was a problem, but we did briefly review the original request at last week's EBMS meeting and saw that the system was behaving correctly. Erika just sent a note that mentioned you were looking at the backlog so i was going to put a note on this issue about ignoring it, but you are too fast for me! I'll talk to Robin next week about closing this issue.
