I've tried several times to upload an article (or another PDF for testing) to the full citation page on QA but each time I'm getting an error message along the lines of:
Tiller Med Decis Mak 2006 16855125.pdf is not a PDF file.
CulverJO_JGenetCouns_2011_21369831.pdf is not a PDF file.
It looks like the ownership and/or permissions on the /tmp/ebms directory, and maybe other things, on QA have recently been changed, but not by Bob or me. We are unable to write to the directories that we use there. This breaks all of the uploads. It also broke the packet printing functionality that Bonnie ran into because it prevented packet print packages from being assembled there. Other things may also be broken that we haven't seen yet.
I'm going to file a ticket with CBIIT to ask them to look into this and straighten out the file ownership/permissions problems on that server.
I've added Bonnie as a watcher.
This was fixed as part of WEBTEAM-7676. Please test to confirm and mark the ticket's status accordingly.
