Given the enhancement in OCEEBMS-235 to make the About PDQ page editable, the "about" tag no longer carries the same meaning (it was designed to direct uploaded documents to appear on that page). We would now like to remove it from the Upload Document page.
Scripts to drop the tag created and run on DEV.
Verified on QA.
Verified on PROD.
