Minaxi and I have discovered that there are citations in the EBMS
that have been reviewed and published, but when we look at the full
citation record, the Medical Librarian’s decisions have not been
recorded and Publishing information is not being displayed. Below is the
example of 3 citations.

These citations no longer appear in the Medical Librarian’s Queue. By
looking at the full citation record, one would think that these
citations should be in my queue. We know for sure that these particular
citations were in fact reviewed and published. Yet the decision is not
recorded. We need to find out the status of these citations. As well as
identify all citation records where this error has occurred.
415565 was rejected by the NOT list on October 30 for both the "Head and Neck" and the "Melanoma" topics. This seems to be reflected appropriately on the full article display page.
Same thing for 415555. For the "Screening and Prevention" board, however, the NOT list did not reject the article, and it was recorded as having been approved by the librarian in the initial review for the "Skin Cancer Screening" topic, but rejected by the librarian for the "Cancer Screening Overview" topic. For the "Skin Cancer Screening" topic, the article was then published, but then rejected from the abstract by the board manager. Again, the full article display page seems to reflect all of this information.
For 415564, the NOT list rejected the article for the "Adult Treatment" board's "Head and Neck" and "Melanoma" topics. For the "Pediatric Treatment" board, only one topic was linked to the article ("Unusual Cancers of Childhood") and the article was rejected by the librarian's initial review for that topic. I don't see anything missing on the full article display page for this activity.
I have attached screen shots for what I'm looking at. Please let me know what I'm missing. Otherwise, we'll mark this is "Cannot Reproduce."
The NOT List!! ok that we missed and now everything makes sense. Thank you for catching this. We were so worried something had gone wrong in the system. Grateful all is fine. Thanks!
