We are doing an analysis of all of the images published to Visuals Online to verify that they are in VOL and that the information is up-to-date. The following Excel spreadsheet will be helpful with this analysis.
Please create a spreadsheet containing a list of all published images (publishable media documents with an image type of chart, diagram, drawing, or photo).
Media Title
CDR ID (please remove leading zeros - e.g., CDR123456 - this is so we can easily map it to another spreadsheet)
Creator (from the "creator" field in the media document)
Date First Published
Date of Last Pub Ver
Blocked from VOL (Y or blank)
