Sharon noticed that the last updated date for the articles in one of her packets (lead author Smith) is 7/6/14. However, the only review for that article was submitted on 7/1/14. Please see the attached screenshots depicting the updated date without a new review. Thanks.
This is the same bug behind https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/OCEEBMS-193, which is fixed in release 3.0.
Verified on QA.
Unable to reproduce and verify on prod.
