The Genetics Board has another new member, Dr. Brian Shuch. Could you please see if he has an eDir account? Thanks.

Yes, assuming this is the same Brian Shuch as the one with the email address shuchbm@mail.nih.gov. Even if it's the same person, I doubt he can use an SSO account for EBMS, as he's not in the NED (which probably means his NIH login is inactive).
I suspect that is the same Brian Matthew Shuch since he was a fellow at NIH from 2010-2013. So, does this mean I should request a new NCI network (external) account?
I don't think you need a new account. You just need to have them make sure the LDAP entry is active, and get them to give you a (reset) password. The DN is:
cn=ShuchBm,ou=EXT,ou=NCI,o=NIH
I've submitted an NIH help desk request for this: INC1000704
The NCI help desk has created and/or reactivated Brian's account. His NCI username is ShuchBm. Could you please add him as a user of the EBMS? He's on the Genetics Board and a member of the Genetics of Kidney Cancer Working Group. Thanks.
Done.
I've confirmed that Brian has logged in. (That Board Member Activity Report is so handy!)
