~bkline I am creating this ticket more or less as a placeholder for the global. Please wait for confirmation from ~juther before running the global. As you can see below, I don't have all the information, so I expect to update or others to update the instructions.
Please run a global change for all summaries that were made publishable from 1/22/25 until 2/12/25 on PROD.
The global change is expected to update the Date Last Modified and the manually entered date in the Title element of the Changes Section (Section Type = “Changes to summary”).
The selected summaries are expected to include
English and Spanish Summaries
HP and Patient Summaries
Date Last Modified, and the manually entered date are expected to have the same date
The date to use for both dates fields is 2/12/2025
And expected to Exclude
Module Only summaries
We don't expect this scenario but, if a date falls outside the pause dates, even if a publishable version has been created within the pause dates, do not include it in the global. We will review the summaries on PROD to make sure all the dates have been updated correctly before you run the global change on PROD.
Let's use today's date, 2/12/2025 as the date last modified (which displays as "Updated Date" on Cancer.gov) and the Latest Updates date.
Because we're using today's date, we can leave summaries that were made publishable today as is and only update the date for summaries that were made publishable between (and inclusive of) 1/22/2025 and 2/11/2025. But I think we turned publishing off on 1/21/2025 – at least for new documents. Is that right? Were any docs made publishable on 1/21 that should be in the queue but haven't gone live?
Yes, we had a couple of summaries that had failed publishing that we were about to hot-fix including this 800621 (Spanish). It looks like the English summaries were made publishable later in the week so the global would capture those summaries. You're right about publishing being turned off on 1/21.
