CDR Tickets

With the new CDR interface and the more or less drastic change of the menus we need to update parts of the documentation that are pointing users to pages based on the location within the old menu system.

For instance, as part of the CDR DB refresh there is a step to look for current sessions at 
  Developers/System Administrators
  --> Reports
  --> General Reports
  --> Current Sessions

This location doesn't exist anymore.  This and other occurrences within the documents should be updated to reflect our current menu system.
