We are unable to attached files to the Spanish Summary Translation Queue on PROD. I also tried it on QA and got the same results. I am not sure if CBIIT has changed our environment recently as it appears that this worked sometime last week or so. I tried both Chrome and Edge and got the same results.
I am placing this on hold for now since further investigations appear to indicate that the problem is with the file and not the application.
Confirmed. Renaming the original filename seems to have solved the issue. I am closing this ticket now.
