As a CDR summary editor, I want to be able to add a comment that to the Related Documents block so that I can communicate important information to other users.
Given: I am a CDR summary editor
And I have permissions to create or edit summary documents
When I create or edit a summary document
Then I want to be able to add a comment within the Related Documents block
Installed on CDR DEV. The ticket's requirements don't specify the cardinality of the new element, so I read between the lines of the scenario given for the acceptance criteria, interpreting them as implying that the element must have no limit on the number of occurrences allowed.
