As a translation manager, I want to be able to easily identify SVPC summaries in the translation queue so that I can prioritize them for translation.  

We are in the process of modifying the translation queue to be able to add SVPC summaries that are ready for translations but have not yet been published OCECDR-5137. When these summaries are added to the translation queue, we want to be able to easily identify them for translation, tracking and prioritization. This could include sorting them at the top of the queue and or marking them with a different color from the rest of the summaries.

Acceptance criteria:

Scenario: The summaries translation queue has the ability to add SVPC summaries that have not been published

Given I am a CDR patient summary editor

  And I have permissions to create or modify summaries

 When I add a SVPC summary to the summaries translation queue

  And I save it

Then the queue should be sorted so that the SVPC summary displays at the top of the list
