CDR Tickets

A few board managers have reported issues with PDQ Board Member Correspondence Mailers on PROD this afternoon. Specifically, the Advisory Board Invitation Letter (Other letters may also be affected).  This appears to have happened after the Ohm release. 

When the results of the mailer is received with the link to the letter and you click on the link, you find it empty. I tried it on QA and didn't find any problems with it. I also tried running the report on PROD and ran into the same problem as reported. So, it looks like the problem is on PROD. 

To reproduce the problem:

1. On the Main CDR Admin Menu, Click on the OCC Board Managers link

2. Scroll down to Mailers section of the page

3. Click on the Board Member Correspondence Mailers

4. Select PDQ Pediatric Treatment Editorial Advisory Board under the Board Section

5. Select Advisory Board Invitation Letter under Letter

6. Check the box for Ketterl, Tyler

7. Click Submit

You will receive an email notification with a link to the letter but when you click on it, it would show an empty page
