Christina would like a report that will tell her which DrugReference blocks will be deleted so she can manually edit anything that shouldn't be deleted.
The report should be generated on the 1st of the month and should include links that will be deleted the following month. It sent via email to Christina and Mary.
So have you decided whether you're going to be adding the date of the blog posts or the date of the links (that is, whether we will removing links to old blog posts or old links to blog posts) and what the "sell-by" date's interval will be? This report will need that information.
Robin says we should use the date of the link.
Does "should be generated on the 1st of the month" mean a user will run this report and mail it to Christina and Mary? Or did you mean to request this as a report to be implemented under the scheduler?
We'd like this report to be implemented using the scheduler such that it's an automated, emailed report each month. Thanks.

Have you decided how old a link should be before we decide it should be removed?
the links should be removed after 3 years/36 months.
Should the report also include links which should be deleted before the following month? For example, links which were reported earlier as expiring but for some reason haven't been deleted yet. Say a link was added January 1, 2020. On December 1, 2022 the link is reported as among those which will be deleted in January of the following year. But for some reason the link doesn't get deleted until the middle of March of that year. Should the link be included on the reports generated in January, February, and March?
Also, unless you instruct otherwise, the job will not be rounding to the nearest month when it calculates the cutoff. So if it is run manually from the scheduler in the middle of the month, the cutoff will be different than it was when run on the first of the month, and different from what it will be for the next scheduled run.
Implemented and installed on DEV to run at 9am on the 1st of every month. I can run manual jobs on request as needed for testing. On DEV and QA I set the distribution group to Robin, Victoria, and myself. On the upper tiers Christina and Mary will get the report.
Fixed a bug in the join SQL.
