As a CDR patient summary editor, I want to be able to see the differences among a legacy PDQ CDR document, a SVPC summary document and a Master Partner document in XMetal.
We are making changes to the summary schema to be able to create or modify summaries as SVPC summaries and we are also making changes to be able to combine several SVPC summaries into one master content partner summary for the PDQ content partners. These summaries would be created in the CDR which already has several PDQ summaries. In order not to confuse the regular PDQ summaries with the SVPC summaries or master partner document, we would want to be able to additionally differentiate the SVPC summaries and master partner document from the PDQ summaries visually.
Given: I am a CDR patient summary editor
And I have permissions to edit patient summary documents in XMetal
When I mark a CDR document as a master partner summary document
Then the XMetal should display it as a master partner summary with a different background color, for example.
Given I am a CDR user
When I retrieve a master partner summary
Then the XMetal should visually display it differently from other summary documents.
(Or: If I retrieve a PDQ summary
Then XMetal should display it normally with the purple background)
Hi Volker ~volker Generally, marking this master partner document as a SVPC summary and thus changing the background just like the SVPC summaries should be OK, even though technically, the master partner document is not a SVPC summary. However, the master partner documents will be created because of the SVPC summaries. So, we can proceed to mark the master partner documents as SVPC summaries but I am sure that may create some confusion down the line. So, I am proposing that, when we select the SVPCMerge = Yes attribute value, the background for the background color for the master partner document should change to a different color.
Absolutely, the partner document is not a SVPC document and you should not mark these partner documents as such. In fact, I would suggest to have a schema rule to allow only the SVPC or the SVPCMerge attribute to be selected.
