EVS has a new API which supports retrieving multiple concepts in a single request. Rewrite the DLP loader to use the new API in order to speed up the weekly job from the current three hours it now takes.
The rewrite has been implemented and installed on DEV. I ran the job by hand and provided Min with the link to the results so she can review. I alerted the appmodules channel that the update is pending, but without a set timetable.
