Italicized definition text are now displayed on Cancer.gov (OCECDR-4971). Could you please modify Pub Preview so that they are also displayed ?
Hi Volker ~volker It seems to me that this ticket is a duplicate of OCECDR-4928 which means we should be able to see italicized text in PP as part of Newton but it doesn't look like that is the case.

That is correct and you can see the italicized definition text in PP but you are confusing two things here (don't worry, I've done that myself plenty of times). 🙂
The ticket you are referring to is asking to have the marked up definition text displayed correctly. You are referring to the PP report where this is being displayed but it is the PP report for a summary! You're running a PP report for a summary and then click on a glossary term within that summary. This glossary term will be rendered using the glossary API.
What you have asked in this ticket is to have the PP report for the glossary to be modified. The PP for glossaries is not pulling glossary definition via the API but is using the data stored in the CDR. This information doesn't make it to the ElasticSearch database - the storage space for the API data - until the next publishing event has that data refreshed. The user, however, is expecting to see any modifications to the definition as soon as the CDR document has been saved.
Long story short: What you are asking has not been part of Newton and this ticket isn't a duplicate.
