As mentioned in OCECDR-4890 please use the mp3 creation date for the Date Created field for re-recorded audio files when imported into the CDR.
Change implemented and installed on CDR DEV.
~oseipokuw You asked
about the possibility of a custom global change job to modify the
DateCreated
element for the re-recorded MP3s which were
stored since OCECDR-4890 was deployed to production, right? As far as I
can tell, there aren't any on production. Have I missed something?
That is right, that was my question. There will be several of them by the time Newton is released. We are just waiting for Vanessa to complete the first batch which is over 300 terms. So, my question is could we run a global at the time this change is put into production to fix all the ones which would have been assigned a date different than the mp3 creation date?
If you don't think it feasible to hold off until this enhancement is deployed, please create a spreadsheet which tracks the modification date you want used for each re-recorded MP3.
Sure. We already have a spreadsheet for the biggest batch and I will keep the spreadsheets for all subsequent batches. Unfortunately we cannot hold, at least this first batch, because they had been waiting for Maxwell for a long time.
Verified on DEV. Thanks!
Verified on QA. Thanks!
Closing this ticket. Will report any issues we encounter on PROD.
