We have a tool allowing us to update (or post) schemas on the PROD server. It would be great to add another tool (or add an option) which would also allow us to update a modified DTD on PROD.
Ready for testing on DEV.
For anybody who is not as familiar with the DTDs as we are it may be nice to add the file names (pdq.dtd, pdqCG.dtd) to the interface.
Vendor (pdq.dtd)
Cancer.gov (pdqCG.dtd)
I would also switch the two options and have Cancer.gov the default since it's changing more frequently.

I was going to bug you with another little change but I see now that it's not a trivial change, so I'll keep that for a rainy day after maxwell. (A grey button on a grey background isn't too obvious as a button.)
We can tackle that when the users decide it's time to take me up on my suggestion of to standardize the admin pages, at which point we can use a style framework like Bootstrap or Foundation.
