Please modify the file attachment feature of the translation workflow
so that:
1. We can see the attached files before sumbiting the job.
2. We have the ability to attach one file after the other (in addition
to holding down ctrl or shift key and selecting multiple files).
The ticket has not been updated to reflect this decision yet, but it was agreed in a recent CDR/EBMS weekly status meeting that we would implement this by reverting the attachment field to selecting a single file, and adding a button to add more instances of the field. So it will no longer be possible to select multiple files from a single file field. This will enable the display of the filenames of all of the attachments (or as much as will fit in the field's allotted space), preserving the ability to attach more than one file to the notification, without the UI or code complexity of multiple file fields each possibly with multiple files. Modification installed on DEV.
