It looks like the nightly email notifications for the Media Translation job queue is not being sent. I will confirm tomorrow morning if the jobs I assigned to users triggered the emails to be sent.
Database connection bug fixed (none of the nightly translation notifications would have been going out). I just kicked off the job from the scheduler interface, and according to the logs the notifications were sent.
