We would want the ability to add gene name tags to text within summary fragment refs. CDR 62923 (CH ALL) has been marked up on DEV as a sample. Please look for two instances under the "Treatment options for infants with MLL KMT2A rearrangements" section.
This ticket will likely involve the following tasks:
Schema change to allow GeneName elements within SummaryFragmentRef elements
Filter changes for QC reports
Filter changes for vendor output
Possibly Gatekeeper changes to properly process the new element
I will try to find out if GK changes will be necessary.
Should I create a separate ticket for the QC report modification ?

Adding ~duganal to this ticket because it will require coordination with the Cancer.gov team. As far as I know we currently don't display anchor links with markup on our site.
