We're not able to import this citation with a publishable version PMID 28686535 on PROD. It appears that there is a schema or DTD change by NLM. Please see attached screenshot. I tried to import it on DEV and got the same error message. It does appear to affect only this citation as far as I can tell.

Probably best to hold off on marking the Hawking tickets "QA verified" until we've tested following an actual scripted deployment of the release to QA. We're only doing the initial development on QA because CBIIT is still trying to make the DEV server usable again.
