Description

It looks like there is a problem with PP as it fails to display correctly for summaries. The right navigation doesn't show when you run PP for any summary document.

Could you please confirm that it is the same on your end? I would want to rule out the fact that the recent windows update at ICF is causing PP to behave this way. Thanks!

How wide is your browser window? You may have the browser window at a size that displays the tablet version of the document which does not include the right navigation.

I'm not seeing the right-nav either. The font is also different from usual. I will post a screenshot but my browser window is fully expanded. (Side note, but I also noticed today that text copied/pasted from Cancer.gov is also in a funny font. Maybe this is related to the recent WCMS release?)

Yes, it appears that some CSS classes were modified on Cancer.gov but not for PublishPreview.

I'll report it to .

This will have to be fixed on the WCMS site.

The PP template pulling in the CSS files has been updated on DEV and QA.

Please verify before I'll submit a ticket to CBIIT to hot-fix the template on PROD.

Verified on QA. Thanks!

A request has been submitted to CBIIT to update the file CGovHtml.aspx: NCI-RITM0107362

The CBIIT request has been completed. PP is looking normal again.

Please verify and close this ticket.

The right-nav is back, but the font is still unusual in PP on both QA and PROD. It's a different font from the one we use on Cancer.gov. See screenshot above. (I didn't check other tiers)

This is the same problem as before we just didn't mention the fonts as having changed.

This has been changed on DEV and QA. Please verify and I'll submit a ticket to have this updated on STAGE and PROD.

This looks good, although there are still some discrepancies between the fonts on Cancer.gov and PP. For example, section titles, table titles, table footers, and captions all appear to be in Arial (or something similar) in PP. This is not a big deal, and it may have always been that way, but I just thought I'd mention it. I think it's fine to proceed with putting this on PROD unless it's an easy fix to have all of the fonts match.

I've submitted a ticket to CBIIT to update the file on STAGE and PROD in order to correct the font.

The changes have been saved in my local git repository as [cdr4431-pphf2 0ead423]

The additional font changes have been copied to STAGE and PROD.

Please test the PublishPreview report again on PROD and close this ticket.
