We need to modify the publishing filter to strip the "Special Considerations" sections (which have been tagged with the section metadata type "Unusual Cancers Special Considerations") since they are currently appearing several times throughout the Unusual Cancers summary. This summary is publishing to Cancer.gov today, so it's a high priority to get this fixed.
This parallels the change we made to the QC reports in OCECDR-4281.
I made changes to one of the vendor filters but need to prepare a document on DEV or QA in order to test the modified filter:

This is ready for review on QA.
This looked good on QA when I reviewed it. Kirsten also confirmed this morning that it looked good on QA.
Are we waiting for ~juther to take a look as well or are we ready to move the filter to PROD?
