The Glossary Term Name with Concept QC Report displays an empty table
cell that has a black border and it's not clear to a user if there
should be text or not.
The table row is merely a spacer and the border should be removed.
I've made some minor adjustments to the CSS and HTML in order to remove the empty table row and display it as a spacer now. The following filter has been updated:
