I am unable to find the following options, which are on the spreadsheet, under the "CDR Markup" menu. Could you please help with how to access these options?
1. View Changes With Highlighting
2. View Changes Without Highlighting
3. View Original
I am also not able to find these macros on the context menu:
Set Last Reviewed Date Attribute
Set Last Reviewed Status Attribute

The Set Last Reviewed Date Attribute command is
available when you are in a ProtocollRef,
ProtocolLink, CitationRef, or
CitationLink element of a checked-out Summary
document.
The Set Last Reviewed Status Attribute command is marked
dropped (per WO-P) on Robin's Google Sheet
document (are you using a different source for this review?).
The View Comment command is available when you are in a
ProtocollRef, ProtocolLink,
CitationRef, or CitationLink element of a
read-only Summary document.

I think we discussed this in one of our meetings and came to the conclusion that they didn't work (and probably never worked, even though they were supplied by SoftQuad), so they were removed. I have updated the Google sheet to reflect that decision.
