It looks like the Media doc. type is missing from the CDR Search window drop down menu. Please see attached screenshots.
I am unable to reproduce this behavior. It's a little suspicious that the window title is "XMetaL Author ..." instead of "CDR Editor (QA)" which I would expect to see if the user had launched XMetaL from the CDR Loader. Is it possible that he or she clicked on a XMetaL 9.0 shortcut icon directly?
The XMetal Window is fine. When you open a new empty doc, "XMetal Author" is displayed shortly before it switches to "CDR Editor(QA)" and I may have captured the screenshot before it switched to "CDR Editor (QA)". It is currently showing "CDR Editor (QA)" I am testing from home so we can rule out the networking problems that pertains to testing on the site-to-site VPN. I only noticed the problem when I tried to check changes in OCECDR-4324.
I attached a new screenshot with "CDR Editor (QA)" displayed.
I found and fixed the problem. Please log out and back in and test again.
Verified. Thank you!
Verified on PROD. Thanks!
