It look like the toggle from and English summary to a Spanish summary does not work. It works from Spanish to English. I am not sure if this is a data problem but the TranslationOf element inthe Spanish summary appears to display the title of the Spanish Summary but the cdr:ref element seems to point to the correct English summary. I looked at several Spanish summaries and they all appear to have this problem.
