The new zip data has been updated on QA. This is ready to verify.
~bkline, I was trying to load the ZIP code data to DEV but ran into a 502 error (Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.) after a very long time trying to load. It worked fine on QA.
I'm wondering if the SQL Server upgrade may have something to do with the failure.
Success: zipcode table updated!

Yes, loading the ZIP codes succeeded on QA but failed on DEV.
I would like to try the load on STAGE, too. Could this be related to the publishing problems? Maybe I'll try the load from the command prompt on DEV.
Answering my own question: Yes, after fixing the zip code upload script I was able to load the ZIP codes on DEV.
The ZIP codes have been loaded to DEV and are ready to be reviewed.
I do not see the actual zip codes listed in this ticket.
