We used the file FtpExportData.py to copy files for the PDQ partners
to the FTP server. In order to "know" which files still needed to be
copied we wrote the Job-ID to the file
D:\cdr\output\FtpExportData.txt
This file gets written to by SubmitPubJob.py.
Since we're not using the program FtpExportData.py anymore where is no need for the file FtpExportData.txt and we should modify SubmitPubJob.py to stop creating and writing to this file.
The changes to the file SumitPubjob.py are in the local branch: [misc-changes c699f94].
This is an internal task and should be included in Hawking.
The following file has been modified:

Note to myself: The changes from the old branch misc-changes should be ignored.
This is waiting for the next weekly publishing job as a test.
I ran a weekly publishing job to confirm the file isn't used (a.k.a. written to) anymore.
As of last night the FileSweeper process had removed the old file D:\cdr\output\FtpExportData.txt.
